On April 2, 2018, Dr. Fadhil Awad Jebur AL-Shuwai, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iraq to the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Assoc Prof. Dr. Nazar Kareem Jawad Rabeeah, International Vice-President of Isles International University for the Middle East, visited Khazar University, Neftchiler campus.

The goal of the visit was to establish collaboration between the Isles International University for the Middle East (Baghdad) and Khazar University. Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Rector, and Turan Jafarova, Director of International Affairs Office, represented Khazar University in the meeting.
