Dr. Telman Nusratoghlu’s, instructor of the Department of History and Archeology of Khazar University, article “Black clouds in the Russian skies”, which deals with geopolitical issues around Russia, was published in the newspaper of “Türkiye”, one of the leading newspapers of Turkey, March 30, 2018. Besides, on March 31, 2018, Dr. Telman Nusratoghlu participated in the “News” broadcast, TRT channel, and talked about March 31 - Genocide of Azerbaijanis. He also talked about archive documents from Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia which expose genocide as reality as well as materials of Emergency Investigation Commission established by the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic in 1918.
