On March 29, 2018, a jubilee ceremony was held at Khazar University to commemorate Jabir Khalilov’s, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Khazar University, PhD in Law, 60^th birthday. The university administration, deans and heads of departments as well as university staff participated in the ceremony. Isakhan Isakhanli, vice rector for Administration and Student Affairs, delivered a speech at the event, presented by Baba Bayramli, Director of the Center for Alumni Relations, and highly appreciated the long-term activities of Jabir Khalilov at the university, presented a congratulatory letter and a bunch of flowers. 

Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Dr. Hassan Niknafs, Rector of the University, Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice Rector of Khazar University for Academic Affairs, Valida Karimova, Vice-dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Firangiz Asgarova and Kamala Asgarova, senior instructors of the Department of English Language and Literature, Eldar Shahgaldiyev, Head of the Division for Graduate Students and Research, Elza Semedli, Dean of the School of Education, Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of Public Relations and Media, and Elmar Mustafayev, Coordinator of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, delivered speeches appreciating Jabir Khalilov’s pedagogical activities and career.
