On March 16, 2018, Novruz holiday was commemorated at “Ethnography” lesson on the initiative of Samira Garayeva, instructor of the Department of History and Archeology, Akifa Jafarli, employee of the department and first year students majoring in History from School of Education. The students demonstrated presentations and videos dedicated to Novruz. Some of the international students of Khazar University were also invited to the ceremony. Sitting at the table decorated in accordance with holiday traditions, the first year students told international students about the traditions of Novruz holiday. The ceremony left a nice impression on the participants.
