On March 14, 2018, Khazar University team conducted a Workshop on Teaching and Learning (T&L) Strategy development within PETRA Erasmus+ project. The objective of the workshop was to assist other seven Azerbaijani universities to develop their T&L strategies. The workshop started with overall review of project’s objectives, goals and outcomes, then it followed with the discussions of the concept of Excellence in Teaching and Learning. During the last 2 hours of the workshop, representatives analyzed strengths and weaknesses of each university in Teaching and Learning, discussed and presented what were the conditions they create for teaching and learning, what might be the obstacles for implementing this project within each university. The next national meeting within PETRA project agreed to take place on 12th of April at Khazar University to present and discuss the new strategy on Teaching and Learning of each partner university.

Representatives of the Ministry of Education also actively participated in the meeting and shared their ideas and visions on the project implementation.
