December 31 – Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and New Year party was held in the canteen of Khazar University for the students and instructors on December 28, 2017. Isakhan Isakhanli, vice rector for Administration and Student Affairs, congratulated teaching staff and students. The students danced and had a very good time. The international students, along with Azerbaijani students, were also active at the party. Management of the canteen served the students with a huge cake of 3 meters with photos of university campus as well as tea and fruit. Vice-rectors, deans, heads of departments and university staff also participated at the party.
