On November 16-18, 2017, Ms. Elnura Azizova, Doctor of Theology, Assoc. Professor of Languages and Cultures Department of Khazar University attended the international congress “Higher Religious Education” organized by Istanbul University. Assoc. Prof. Azizova delivered a speech entitled “Alternative Higher Religious Education Models in a Secular State: Historical Development of Higher Religious Education Institutions in Post-Soviet Azerbaijan” at the congress.
