On November 13-17, 2017, Dr. Gatiba Mahmudova, a lecturer of Azerbaijani Language and Literature Department of Khazar University, participated in the Congress of Turkic-Speaking States held under the patronage of the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara. The main subject of speeches of scientists from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tatarstan, Yakutia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and other countries, was common Turkic Language and common terminologies. Khazar University Lecturer, Ms. Mahmudova delivered a speech on the topic “Adopted Words from English in Modern Azerbaijani Language” at the Congress.
