Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, a member of the Statistical Council under the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, participated in the Council’s meeting on November 15, 2017.

The following issues such as the questionnaires on population census, the questions to be included in the census sheets, and the amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic on Official Statistics were discussed at the meeting. Prof. H.Isakhanli expressed his views and suggestions on the discussed issues. He also proposed conducting a survey to measure the level of happiness among the population.
