SEG and AAPG, the recognized global leaders in the dissemination of high-quality geoscience data and information, brought their International Conference and Exhibition (ICE) to London, 15-18 October, 2017. ICE London gathered geologists, geophysicists and other petroleum industry professionals from 60+ countries to build their knowledge and skills, discover technology innovations and network with peers.

Shahriyar Alkhasli, a PhD student and instructor of Khazar University, presented the results of “Evaluation of rock properties in structurally deformed areas based on outcrop analogues for offshore fields in Azerbaijan” research project on behalf of eiLink Research & Development Center of Khazar University during this event. Among the delegation of Khazar University, professionals from SPE Azerbaijan and a Bachelor student were present at ICE London 2017.
