PhD in Philology Eldar Shahgeldiyev, Head of Division of Master’s, PhD and Research of Khazar University, held a seminar, December 19, 2017, on requirements for a dissertation for Master’s students of the university. In the seminar, E. Shahgeldiyev mentioned that it was important to publish articles related to the topic of a dissertation.

Dr.Hassan Niknafs, Rector of the university, Dr.Bahman Amani, Head of the Department of English Language and Literature, Eynur Mehdiyev, Vice-head of the Department of English Language and Literature, and Lala Hamidova, a lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature, participated in the seminar.
