Head of the Department of “Khazar” was awarded with honorary name certificate and a badge

Associate professor Zulfiyya Sadigova, Head of the Department of Music and Art of Khazar University, was one of those cultural figures who was awarded honorary name on Order by Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, August 15, 2017. Abulfas Garayev, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan presented the awards in the ceremony held in Museum Centre on October 17. Zulfiyya Sadigova was awarded “Honorary teacher” certificate and a badge.
