A session entitled “In the shadow of Jalal-ad-Din Rumi” was co-chaired by Professor Hamlet Isakhanli

On October 8, Islamic World Academy of Sciences started its 21^st conference in Konya, Turkey. The first session of the conference entitled “In the shadow of Jalal-ad-Din Rumi” was started and completed under the co-chairmanship of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees. H. Isakhanli opened the session with introductory words, briefly spoke about J.Rumi, gave information on Khazar University and Euroasian Academy.

In conclusion, Hamlet Isakhanli expressed his opinions about reports, discussions around the reports and reasons of worldwide recognition of J.Rumi, translation of the Eastern poetry in the West.
