On October 3, Dr. of Pedagogical Sciences Isakhan Isakhanli, Vice Rector of Administration and Student Affairs at Khazar University, delivered a speech on “A Role of Baku Period in Sergei Yesenin’s Works” at the literary-musical event dedicated to the 122^nd birthday of Russian poet Sergei Yesenin held at ANAS Dendrology Institute.
