An article “Art as a means of psychological influence” by Malak Karimova (PhD), Assistant of Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Khazar University, was published in the first volume, 2017, of Humanities series of “Scientific news” journal of Lankaran State University, which is included in Periodic Scientific Publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The article deals with various issues such as why we need music and what are the impacts of music on people. Moreover, the author mentions relevant researches and makes suggestions.
