On September 15, 2017, a meeting with the first year students majoring in History, organized by the Department of History and Archeology, was held. The meeting was attended by Roza Arazova, Head of the Department of History and Archeology, Akifha Jafarli, Assistant of the Department, senior students and graduates. The meeting began with the speech delivered by Roza Arazova. She told the students about the history of Khazar University and gave her advice.

Ilaha Yusifli, Samid Akhundov and Rufat Khalilov, the 4th year students, gave information about Khazar University by making presentations and answered many questions of the new students.

Then, a slideshow of photos of the students majoring in History, meetings and visits, organized by the Department of History and Archeology, was demonstrated.

The students, who are going to graduate, talked about their dreams and congratulated their followers, the 1st year students.

Finally, the students were given their student cards and they were given an excursion around the university.
