The paper “Basis Properties of Exponential Systems With Linear Phases in Morrey-Sobolev Type Spaces” produced by Tarlan Garaev, the member of the Department of Mathematics, was published in the journal “Mathematical Sciences Letters”. The paper is devoted to the study of basis properties of the system  , in Morrey-Sobolev-type spaces.  Some conditions on the parameter β are proved to be sufficient for the above system to form a basis in Morrey-Sobolev-type spaces. PDF
