Prominent public figures of Azerbaijan appealed to President Ilham Aliyev regarding Mehman Aliyev, Director of “Turan” Information Agency, who was taken into custody. Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, also signed the appeal.
