On August 18, 2017, Aydin Mirzazade, the Member of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, sent a letter of congratulation to Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees. He personally congratulated Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli and the University Staff on the inclusion of Khazar University in the list of the world's 150 best young universities in the rankings released by the International QS organization and wished success and new achievements in its future activities.
