On April 23-27, 2017, meeting was held at the University of Macedonia within the “The Establishment of a Foundation for the Integration of Disabled People into HEIs of Azerbaijan” ESFIDIP Tempus project. Along with representatives of the partner universities, representatives from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population and Union of Disabled People Organizations attended the meeting.

During the meeting, representatives of the University of Macedonia shared their experience with the partners in accordance with work packages on how to communicate with students with disabilities and how to use the assistive equipment. Also local partner universities made presentations on implemented pilot program and spoke aboout the activities of Centers for Students with Disabilities.

The “The Establishment of a Foundation for the Integration of Disabled People into HEIs of Azerbaijan” ESFIDIP Tempus project will end on May 31, 2017 and a Final Conference will be held at Khazar University on May 15-16, 2017.
