On 27 April, 2017,  associate professor diploma was  presented to Elnura Akif Azizova, PhD in Theology,  the head of the Department of Languages and Cultures of Khazar University, at Higher Attestation Commission.

It should be noted that Ph.D. Elnura Azizova,  head of the Department Of Languages And Cultures of Khazar University, was honored with associate professor title by the Department of Languages and Cultures with the desicion of Higher Attestation Commission under the president of Azerbaijan Republic dated March 10, 2017.
