On April 24, 2017, the article of Prof. Dr. Aflatun Nemetzadeh, columnist in “Anadolu”, Turkey`s representative of Azerbaijani newspaper “ Republic”, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan, was published in the newspaper “Anadolu”. The article , entitled “Düsen Ağa´ya Bakü´de 70. Yılı yubilesi”, was  dedicated to  the 70th jubilee of Dusen Kaseinov, Secretary-General of  TURKSOY (International Organization of Turkic Culture), held in Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan.

The participation and speech of  Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, in the event, as well as his being awarded a medal- “In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of the Independence of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan “by Dusen Kaseinov were covered in the article.
