Khazar Faculty Member’s Article Published in Russia

The article of Valida Kerimova, PhD candidate and Dean's assistant of School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Khazar University, entitled “Развитие иностранных языков как способ общественной дипломатии” was published in 14^th issue of the scientific journal “Молодой ученый” printed in Kazan, Tatarstan (Russian Federation).

The research deals with a foreign language as means of communication, contrasts language and communication, expands on language usage aims in contemporary world.
