Learning Communities at Khazar University
To foster a collaborative and supportive academic environment, Khazar University has established Learning Communities in various subject areas. These communities aim to enhance student learning through regular interaction, peer collaboration, and faculty mentorship.
The Learning Communities bring together students with shared academic interests in subjects such as Business Mathematics, English Language(F1, F2, GE, ESP), Fundamentals of Financial Management, Statistics, German Language, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics among others. These groups offer a platform for students to deepen their understanding of course materials, explore new ideas, and strengthen essential academic skills in an interactive and engaging setting.
Sessions are held once a week and are led by student leaders who facilitate discussions, coordinate activities, and encourage active participation among members. These student leaders serve as academic role models, helping to create a motivating environment where students can thrive both academically and socially.
