On September 30, 2026, within the framework of “Khazar Talks-5”, organized by the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, Assoc. Prof. Bakhtiyar Aslanbayli, Vice President for the Caspian-Central Asia-Türkiye region at BP, will deliver a lecture titled “Introduction to Energy Geopolitics” for the students of the department.
