Intensive Summer School for Chemistry Education

The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Khazar University is pleased to announce the Intensive Summer School for Chemistry Education, a five-day educational program designed for students interested in various fields of chemistry.

The summer school will provide participants with a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced instructors and explore major branches of chemistry through both theoretical instruction and extensive laboratory activities. The program is open to students of Chemistry,  Chemistry Education and Chemistry-Biology  Education programs.

Unlike conventional lecture-based courses, this summer school will primarily focus on experimental techniques and practical laboratory training. Participants will spend most of their time performing experiments, learning laboratory procedures, handling scientific equipment, and analyzing experimental results.

Throughout the program, students will:

  • Learn laboratory safety and proper laboratory practices.
  • Perform chemical calculations and data analysis.
  • Conduct hands-on experiments in different areas of chemistry.
  • Interpret experimental results and discuss their practical significance.
  • Gain experience with modern laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive an official certificate.

Join us this summer to strengthen your theoretical knowledge, develop practical laboratory skills, and gain valuable experience in experimental chemistry.
