Invitation to Training Session – “Change Your Mindset: From Degree to Skills”

You are cordially invited to attend the training session titled “Change Your Mindset: From Degree to Skills”, which will be held at Khazar University.

The session will be delivered by Farrukh Mammadov, Production Coordinator at QatarEnergyLNG and Founder of GERB GROUP.

The training aims to encourage young people to look beyond the traditional idea that a university degree alone guarantees success and to better understand the growing importance of technical, professional, and industry-oriented skills in today’s labor market. During the session, participants will gain valuable insights into career development, practical competencies, and the expectations of modern industries.

Students from all universities are welcome to participate in the event.
