On August 9-14, 2023, the "2nd Summer School on International Relations and Diplomacy" will be organized in Shamakhi with the joint partnership of One Voluntary Student Organization, Khazar University and Topchubashov Center.

The main purpose of the summer school is to create an efficient platform in order to bring together students and graduates from various local and foreign universities to observe and objectively assess the current political and economic situation in the modern world and region, to correctly predict the processes that may occur in the future, and to participate in interactive discussions on various foreign policy-related topics.

Students and graduates who want to participate in the summer school, which is aimed at increasing interest in foreign policy and international relations among students with foreign language skills and studying humanitarian specialties, can
