On February 26, at 18:00, the next virtual research seminar will be organised for master's, doctoral students, academic staff, and researchers by Khazar University Teaching and Learning centre. The seminar will be presented by Dr. Elena de la Poza of the Valencia Polytechnic University (UPV) on "Promoting Sustainability in Higher Education: Sustainable Development Goals".

Brief information about Dr. Elena de la Poza:
She graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, and in 2008 received a doctorate from UPV.
She is currently an associate professor at UPV's Department of Economics and Social Sciences. As a researcher, she specializes in empirical economic and financial analysis of phenomena and the development of sustainability.
She is the co-editor of two books and the author of more than 35 international scientific articles and 12 book chapters. She has participated at more than 50 national and international conferences and has been a guest speaker at 5 international conferences. She has conducted research at several educational institutions such as University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, the University of Padua, the University of Knoxville, the University of Michigan, the University of Panama, the University of Life Sciences in Warsaw, and the Technical University of Ostrava. She is currently involved in three international European projects.
