The Student Wellbeing Club supports students’ mental, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing by creating an inclusive and supportive campus environment. The Club recognizes that student success is not limited to academic performance, but also depends on students’ confidence, motivation, sense of belonging, emotional resilience and ability to manage stress.
The Club promotes awareness of wellbeing, healthy lifestyle habits, stress management, peer support, positive communication, and adaptation to university life. The Club organizes activities that help students cope with academic pressure, exam stress, adaptation difficulties, social isolation and personal challenges that may affect their university experience.
