The Chinese Study Club at Khazar University was established to increase students’ interest in the Chinese language and culture, develop their language skills, and strengthen intercultural connections. The Club’s main purpose is to create opportunities for students to learn Chinese, become closely familiar with Chinese culture, and participate in China-related projects and events.
The Club operates in accordance with Khazar University’s internal regulations and the Club’s Charter. Its activities are based on the principles of voluntarism, collaboration, and development.
Main Activities of the Club
Promoting Chinese language learning and providing practice opportunities for students.
Organising seminars, presentations, and cultural events related to Chinese culture, history, and traditions (for example, the Spring Festival).
Strengthening communication, networking, and collaboration among Khazar University students studying Chinese.
Implementing projects that encourage cultural exchange and intercultural dialogue.
Creating an environment that supports the development of members’ language and communication skills.
Building a strong foundation for the Club’s future growth and sustainability.

Membership Requirements
To become a member of the Club, applicants are expected to meet the following requirements and follow the membership rules:
Membership is open to Khazar University undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in Chinese language and culture.
Members must follow Khazar University’s internal rules, as well as the Club’s Charter and regulations.
Members are expected to actively participate in Club activities, including seminars, workshops, cultural events (such as the Spring Festival), and other organised projects.
Applicants are required to complete a membership application form.
Members are encouraged to contribute ideas and volunteer in organising events in order to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
