On October 30, an interactive training session titled “Psychological Safety and Agile Work Methods” was held at Khazar University for academic and administrative staff.

The session, led by Teymur Zeynalov—an advisor to the head of the Geophysics and Geology Department at SOCAR, as well as a trainer and facilitator—covered the role of psychological safety in the workplace, open communication within teams, and the application of Agile work methodologies.

Structured around practical exercises and team activities, the training enabled participants to share their experiences and approaches regarding the subject, and to identify concrete steps they could implement in their daily work processes.
