An article by Dr. Vasif Huseynov, Lecturer of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Cop29 and Armenia-Azerbaijan Relations”, has been published in the National Interest Journal.

V. Huseynov touched upon Azerbaijan hosting COP29 in Baku from November 11 to 22, 2024, highlighting its importance for climate action and peace promotion between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Armenia's support for Azerbaijan’s COP29 bid is a positive sign, but there are still many challenges in reaching a peace agreement, especially regarding constitutional issues and reparations.
