On November 17, 2024, the head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, participated in the “After the news” program of Khazar TV about “The importance of COP29 for Azerbaijan and World Countries”. Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev touched upon the significance of Azerbaijan hosting COP29 and the importance of this initiative being offered to the country, the growing attention of states to climate change, the valuable experience gained by volunteers at COP29, and other related issues.
