Languages and Literature Department Lecturer at Sumgayit State University

On October 28, 2024, Dr. Sevinj Gambarova, lecturer of the Department of Languages and Literature, was invited to participate in the "Joint Lesson" project organized by the Faculty of Philology at Sumgayit State University. The lesson was conducted on the topic "Adverbs in the Historical Morphology of the Azerbaijani Language" in the subject "Historical Morphology of the Azerbaijani Language."

Senior lecturer of the Department of Language and Literature, Elnara Ahmadova, opened the lesson and provided comprehensive information to students about adverbs and their semantic types, structure, approaches to adverbs in linguistic literature, adverbs used in classical literature, and more. Dr. Sevinj Gambarova spoke about adverbs in ancient and modern Turkic languages, adverbs in Azerbaijani dialects, and answered students' questions. The lesson was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology Assoc. Prof. Gunel Pashayeva, Head of the Department of Language and Literature Assoc. Prof. Boyukhanim Eminli, Head of the Foreign Languages Department Prof. Nigar Iskenderova, and others. The lesson was positively received and highly evaluated.
