Aynur Rzayeva, a Ph.D. candidate and instructor in the Department of English Language and Literature, represented Khazar University in the V4 seminar "Youth for Democracy," organized in the framework of the Polish Presidency in the Visegrad Group. The seminar happened on 21-24 October in Warsaw, Poland. The program financed by Erasmus+ and organized by SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus (SALTO Resource Centre) with the Co-organizer FRSE - Foundation for the Development of the Education System, Poland (National Agency) aimed to advance youth participation, democratic engagement, and international youth cooperation.

Note that, the event brought together enthusiastic young leaders from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Eastern Partnership countries. The event included workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions with opinion leaders from the Visegrad Group and Eastern Partnership region, and cultural activities.
