The Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Veliyev, was at the Headquarter of Organization of Turkic States through the invitation of Murodjon Mustofaev who was the representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan and appointed as international staff.

At the conclusion of the event, Murodjon Mustofaev was presented with copies of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli's books "My Karabakh or the Karabakh Knot" and "At the Edge of the Caspian" as expressions of appreciation.
