Azedu: "Khazar University was founded on March 18"

On March 18, 2024, the Azedu Azerbaijan educational portal highlighted Khazar University's establishment as a significant event in its "Today in History" column. The entry read: "On March 18, 1991, Khazar University was founded, marking the inception of Azerbaijan's first private higher education institution. Founded by Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, Khazar University initiated its official activities on this date. Notably, PhD in Biological Sciences, Assoc.Prof. Irada Khalilova, serves as the university's rector."
