A book presented to Khazar University China Studies Center

On August 26, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Azerbaijan presented 169 books on China's culture, history, language, society, politics, economy and other fields to the Khazar University China Studies Center.

Guo Min, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Azerbaijan in a letter addressed to Khazar University rector Irada Khalilova said that the Chinese side attaches great importance to the activities of the China Studies Center at Khazar University and believes that the center will play a great role in the recognition of Chinese culture, society and economy in Azerbaijan and in the deepening of Azerbaijan-China humanitarian relations.

Note that Khazar University China Studies Center was established in October 2022. The center works in the direction of researching historical relations between the two countries based on Chinese and Azerbaijani sources, conducting research on Chinese culture, economy, Azerbaijan-China relations, and supporting the dynamic development of humanitarian, cultural, educational and scientific relations. In addition, the Center carries out the optimization and improvement of Chinese language teaching in Azerbaijan and the study of teaching methods, the involvement of Azerbaijani Chinese scholars in the center's scientific activities, and the provision of cooperation with relevant research and think tanks of China.

The books provided by the Chinese Embassy are a very useful resource for teachers and students studying and studying Chinese language and culture at Khazar University.
