On November 23-25, 2022, a meeting was held with foreign representatives within the Erasmus+ PICASP project, in which Khazar University, Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management and MIRAS Public Union are partners.
The meeting was dedicated to the organization of internship classes at Khazar University and Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, and the involvement of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and SERINAR in this process.
The meeting was attended by Lithuanian Research Council member, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Professor Arturas Kaklauskas, Project Coordinator, Italian Bologna University of Business Management Professor Massimo Bianchi and School of Economics and Management researcher Gabriella Paganelli.
On November 23, representatives and teachers discussed the development process of the project at the meeting held at the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management.
On November 24-25, representatives from Khazar University discussed the activities carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ PICASP project, and a meeting was held with teachers who will teach "MOOC" (massively open online classes).
The next day (November 25), the presentation titled "Management of archaeological sites in Azerbaijan" prepared by Fariz Khalili, chairman of MIRAS Public Union, was reviewed. At the same time, Bayram Guliyev, Doctor of Philosophy in History and teacher of the Department of History and Archeology, also spoke on the topic "Cultural heritage of Azerbaijan: historical title".
After the presentations, discussions on "Cultural Heritage" were held with the guests, students and employees of Khazar University.
