On November 19, a meeting was held in Tbilisi with the participation of founders and executives at East-West University, where Hamlet Isaxanli was one of the founders. At the meeting, discussions were held on the beginning of teaching at the East-West University, emerging problems, recruitment of well-known specialists, curriculum, student involvement and other issues, and it was decided to hold a separate meeting of the university founders.

On November 20, in the village of Kosali, Gardabani region of Georgia, in hearth and home of Hamlet Isakhanli, a presentation ceremony of the book "Mr. Abdulla in memories" published by Khazar University Publishing House was held. In the book full of memories of 22 people, filled with historical pictures, the personality of Mr. Abdulla (Hamlet Isakhanli's father) is revived as a caring family head, an experienced, influential teacher, a kind person, an honest, courageous and honest businessman. His colleagues, students, prominent people of the region, and graduates of Kosali secondary school gathered for the presentation of the book about Abdulla Isayev, who worked as a mathematics teacher in Kosali secondary school from his youth until the end of his life and gained great respect among the people. Those who spoke at the ceremony told their interesting memories about Mr. Abdulla and remembered him with respect and honor.
Hamlet Isakhanli's meeting with Azerbaijan's ambassador to Georgia, Faig Guliyev
On November 21, Hamlet Isakhanli met with Azerbaijan's ambassador to Georgia, Faig Guliyev. At the meeting, the problems of Georgian Azerbaijanis, the teaching of the Azerbaijani language in Azerbaijani schools, the lack of teachers in Azerbaijani-speaking schools, the participation of Azerbaijani universities in the process of staff training in this direction and other issues were discussed.

On November 21, a meeting was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia. Hamlet Isakhanli was presented with an official diploma regarding his election as a full member of GNAS at the meeting of the Presidium chaired by GNAS President Giorgi Kvesitadze.

Accepting the congratulations, Hamlet Isakhanli proposed to hold a meeting of the Presidium of GNAS in Baku and invited the guests to Azerbaijan. This invitation was welcomed by the members of the Presidium of the Academy.
After the meeting of the presidium, a banquet was held in honor of Hamlet Isakhanli in one of the most picturesque places of Tbilisi.
