On November 22, 2022, a meeting was held between Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University and Khazar University.

The meeting was attended by Khazar University rector associate professor Irada Khalilova, Academic Affairs vice-rector Professor Mahammad Nuriyev, director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, Quality Assurance Center director Lyudmila Sotova, dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Elza Samadova, dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business Inqilab Ahmadov, dean of the School of Economics and Management, Ceyhun Mammadov, dean of the School of Science and Engineering, Fakhranda Alimardanova, coordinator of the International Relations Office, Fatima Valiyeva, rector of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, Prof. Ismail Hakkı Özölcher, vice rector Prof. Hakan Kutoğlu, head of International Relations Office Murat İnce.

Elza Samadova, dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences, gave the guests detailed information about Khazar University and its activities. Then the promotional video of Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University was watched.

At the meeting, an agreement on promoting bilateral relations was signed and discussions were held in the direction of enhancing partnership and academic relations between educational institutions.
