On November 8, 2022, in the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, a solemn event was held on the occasion of the Victory Day and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan Aghalar Atamoghlanov, national writer of Kazakhstan, public figure Oljas Suleymenov, who always supports Azerbaijan, members of diplomatic missions, members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, public and political figures, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora took part in the event.

Ambassador Aghalar Atamoglanov greeted the guests and congratulated them on November 8 - Victory Day, which is a glorious page in the history of the Azerbaijani people. He gave information about Armenia's 30-year-long occupation policy, the path to our glorious victory, the 44-day Patriotic War, and the restoration and reconstruction works currently being carried out in our liberated territories.

Following the official part of the event and other official speeches, national artists of Azerbaijan, singer Melakkhanim Ayyubova, tarzan Mohlat Muslimov, kamancha player Fakhreddin Dadashov, opera singer of Azerbaijan Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, honored artist of Azerbaijan Ilaha Efendiyeva, pianist, laureate of international competitions Zulfiya Sadygova (head of Khazar University Music and Art Department, honored teacher), also state dance ensemble "Saltanat" and the ensemble "Bahar" of Kazakhstan performed at a special concert program.
