On March 10, 2022, President of the Board of Istanbul Aydin University, Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Aydin visited Khazar University and met with the university's founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor, Academician Hamlet Isakhanli. The meeting was attended by Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, Rector of Khazar University, Alovsat Amirbayli, Public Relations and Media Director and staff members.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the development of relations between the universities.
