On February 17, 2022, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the History and Archeology Department at Khazar University, wrote an article for TRT's “Caucasus Agenda” program entitled "Harutyunyan's Crimes and Armenian Separatism” and he commented on the planned visit of UNESCO to Azerbaijan and Armenia and Armenian vandalism during the occupation of Karabakh against the historical and cultural heritage of Azerbaijan in the news program of Qafqaz TV. The article published on TRT highlighted the need for the elimination of Armenian separatism in Khankendi and the signing of a major peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, recognizing each other's territorial integrity, especially in the context of Azerbaijan's growing geopolitical position in the region.
