On February 15, 2022, the famous “Times Higher Education” announced “Young University Rankings 2022”, identifying the best young universities in the world.

Khazar University and Western Caspian University are only Azerbaijani universities included in the rankings.

The activity of the world's young universities in the world was evaluated on 13 criteria, such as its published scientific articles, international prestige etc.
