On November 12, 2021, the VIII Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (new name was adopted at the meeting: The Organization of Turkic States) was held in Istanbul. The organization made important decisions to further deepen the integration of the Turkic World and to set strategic goals until 2040. Speaking on TRT Avaz's “Eurasia Agenda”, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the Department of History and Archeology at Khazar University, highlighted the importance of creating a single educational concept and a common market in the Turkic World. Telman Nusratoglu's statement for Anadolu Agency was also widely covered in the Turkish media.
