Anar Rzayev has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. Until now, he worked as deputy head of State Road Transport Service.

Note that, A.Rzayev was born in Baku in 1973 and graduated from Khazar University's Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.

He studied at Utica College, Syracuse University, New York, USA, 1994-1995.

He was awarded the Taraggi (Progress) Medal by presidential decree last year.
