On November 8, 2021, the head of the Department of History and Archeology, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu Guliyev, appeared on local TV channels, as well as Turkish channels, such as CNN Turk and TRT Haber. In his speech, Telman Nusratoglu focused on the course of the 44-day war, external and internal factors, the impact of victory on regional and global processes, noting that the unequivocal support of the fraternal country Turkey played a decisive role.
