On November 1, 2021, AZERTAC published news about the cooperation between Khazar University and Bogazici University in Turkey.

The news says that the administration of Bogazici University paid an official visit to Khazar University and rectors Irada Khalilova and Mehmet Naji Inci signed a memorandum of cooperation.
